Tiffany is a full time Realtor and co-owner of Better Homes & Gardens Thomas Group alongside her husband, Matt Thomas. The couple opened Thomas Group in 2012 after having worked side by side since starting in real estate in 2006. Tiffany is a Gainesville native who graduated from the University of West Florida on an academic and athletic scholarship. Her competitive nature has driven her to be a leader in the local real estate sales world and helped her gain years of experience both in new home sales and residential re-sales.
Tiffany is our Spain & Cooper builder representative/sales agent and knows all there is on the building process. She is typically our clients' first impression, introducing them to our overall process of how we work, finding the best lot/property, selecting/designing a floor plan, features and fine tuning all of the details to get the home build process started!

She received her masters from the University of Florida and has a deep love for Gainesville and Gator Nation.
